What the law says about downed trees, stray limbs and more

Given the impact on Kentucky and many other areas from the winds propelled by recent hurricanes in the Gulf, there are a number of homeowner issues concerning downed trees, property damage, joint fences, etc.

The Louisiana State University Agricultural Center, known as the LSU AgCenter, has a number of very nice articles about assessing the health of trees after a storm, as well as on how to pick trees that do better than others during a major storm, and other related resources.
